Parnassus to open Christmas Day in the US?

Johnny Depp, Colin Farrell and Jude Law stepped in after the death of Heath Ledger so The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus could be completed. It looks like Parnassus is to open Christmas day in the US according to the NY Post blog POPWRAP.

Johnny Depp's Parnassus UK trailer has been released

Johnny Depp stepped in after the death of Heath Ledger along with Colin Farrell and Jude Law to help complete Ledger's last film, "The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus."

The UK trailer for Parnassus was released today, as of yet, the film does not have a US distributor.

Depp is currently seen in Universal's summer blockbuster "PUBLIC ENEMIES" - in theaters now.

Variety is reporting today that "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus." will screen out of competition at Cannes. Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Ferrell stepped in to finish the film after the death of Heath Ledger.
