This week's PEOPLE Magazine has a pic of Johnny Depp as Public Enemies' John Dillinger that judging from his costume, appears to be from the Santa Anita race track shoot on June 30th.

According to reports by the handful of people there, Johnny Depp did meet with fans last night at Santa Anita. This site has some photos from the day.

Public Enemies a wrap in California?

According to reports on our main forum this evening...it's a wrap for Public Enemies! Just a very few tried and true fans waited at the Santa Anita racetrack today for filming to conclude and were rewarded when Johnny Depp's SUV stopped for the handful of people, pictures were taken and autographs were given.

More Public Enemies at the race track

As people begin to check in with us on our main forum, we've heard that off track betting continues at Santa Anita as director Michael Mann goes up against the midnight filming deadline tonight for Public Enemies. We've just been told that Johnny's chief security man, Jerry, is an extra in one of the scenes being filmed now. Jerry was also seen briefly in Sweeney Todd with Johnny.

Public Enemies off to the races today

This is the last scheduled day of filming on the Michael Mann, Johnny Depp, Christian Bale film Public Enemies and as we know they are at Los Angeles' Santa Anita race track!

Here's a bit of the history of this historic racetrack. It's 1930s architecture makes it perfect for PE!
