ProductionWeekly tweeted that DONNIE BRASCO director Mike Newell is in talks with Disney about Depp's upcoming film, THE LONE RANGER. Disney has said that Johnny Depp will play TLR's sidekick Tonto and there's been no word since about who the masked man will be.
