Bryan Burrough's "Public Enemies" is getting a movie tie cover with the book's re-release on April 29. The film starring Johnny Depp as 1930s gangster John Dillinger, is based on Burroughs book, and also stars Marion Cotillard as Evelyn "Billie" Frechette, Christian Bale as FBI Agent Melvin Purvis and John Michael Bolger as Det. Martin Zarkovich. PUBLIC ENEMIES is directed by Michael Mann for Universal.
The film is slated for a July 01 nationwide release.
